We actively seek long and short ideas in companies and markets that we believe are fundamentally mispriced in the short, medium or longer term, and look to capitalise on the normalisation of these opportunities — with the belief that valuation is ultimately always realised.

Roger has 25 years working in equity sales covering Australia's largest fund managers, with expertise across small caps, mid-caps and hedge funds. He is recognised for sector strengths in resources, cyclicals, diversified financials and early-stage technology. Roger held director level positions at Macquarie Group, Bank of America and MA Financial, and was a senior member of the team at Shaw and Partners.

Richard is a fund manager with extensive experience in financial markets as a portfolio manager and equity analyst, having held the position of Portfolio Manager across Concentrated and Long/Short equity strategies at AMP Capital Partners and previously at Portfolio Partners.
